Are you interested in our Masters swimming group?
We are a dynamic club and are happy about every new, committed club member.
In the adult section we currently have both a competitive Masters group and various popular sports groups.
To train in our competitive group the following requirements apply:
- A prerequisite for using the Masters training times of SV Poseidon is the willingness to participate in the Masters DMS and the DMS. Another competition such as the Hamburg or North German Masters Championships or the Fördepokal in Flensburg is desirable.
- Additionally you should be able to swim 3500-4000m in 90 minutes.
- Your current best time on the short course approximately correspond to the following times:
Ladies:
100m freestyle 1:10,00
200m freestyle 2:35,00
100m breaststroke 1:26,00
200m medley 2:52,00
Men:
100m freestyle 1:02.00
200m freestyle 2:15,00
100m breaststroke 1:16,00
200m medley 2:32,00
